Once you have confirmed your subscription… you will receive a welcome email. Please use the “From” email address to contact us with any questions regarding buying and selling bullion.

Payment

All payments due within 5 days. If in doubt, please send it USPS Priority.

Acceptable forms of payment:

Cashier’s / Bank Draft Checks, Postal Money Orders (personal checks no longer allowed)

Orders greater than $10,000 will require a Bank Wire the next business day! (orders less than this amount are not eligible for bank wires)

For paper payments (or payments of a suspect nature) there is a hold time of 10 calendar days from deposit of payment to ensure proper clearing. If your ship out date was quoted as 14 days or less, this will add 10 days to your ship out date. If your ship out date was quoted 15 to 30 days… we split the difference and delay your shipping by 5 days. For higher ship out dates… this hold time does not affect the ship out date.

Shipping

Charges vary based on the order and special offers at the time of ordering.

Orders less than $500 in value are shipped USPS First Class or Priority Mail. (Guaranteed in house.)

Orders of $501 to $2500 in value are shipped USPS First Class or Priority Mail with Signature Required. (Guaranteed in house.)

All Orders $2501 or greater in value will be shipped USPS Registered Mail with Signature Required. (Insured through USPS.)

You may opt for an additional shipping charges to have your package sent USPS Registered Mail on orders less than $2501. Please contact via email before sending payment.

Shipping time varies based on items ordered and availability. We quote times on a case by case basis. Shipping times can and will be adjusted if needed to ensure smooth operations on our end. Unexpected delays can and will happen occasionally in the bullion industry, so please be patient if there is small delay. We estimate 98% or higher of all orders have been fulfilled as per the terms and in the time frame quoted.

Canceling

There is no canceling  orders.

Please know what you want, at what price, and how to pay for it… before locking in the order.

Once you place an order… you are obligated to pay as per the terms.

In the case of an obvious failure of technology or typos… we reserve the right to automatically cancel orders. So, if you are ordering through the automated ordering system and the price for Silver is showing as $10 per TOz when it should be $45… and you think, “Great, I am ordering 1000 TOz!”… don’t bother, the order will be canceled.
