Selling Silver Bullion and Coins can be time consuming and sometimes lose you money depending on who you are selling to… coin and bullion dealers rarely buy silver bullion much above spot and usually below spot!

However, Ashcraft Coin can help you get the most when selling your Silver Bullion and Coins. We are currently taking on consignments of Silver Bullion to offer for sale on our site, through our email lists, and direct to our existing clients / contacts.

We can arrange your sale to your specifications, so you will probably make out better than selling direct to a bullion dealer… even after our minimal fees. At the very least, you won’t have to deal with it!

For a limited time… we are offering a low 5% consignment fee (plus actual processing and shipping fees).*

Contacting Us

Please subscribe to our update list in the upper right of this page. Once you have confirmed your subscription… you will receive a welcome email. Please use the “From” email address to contact us regarding buying and selling bullion.

We will discuss your Silver Bullion Selling needs with you. (Please include your phone number in your first email if you would like to discuss via phone.) If you decide to proceed, then we will confirm all the details in one final email to you … which you must reply to in order to lock in the agreement.

Payment to You

Payments will be made via Business Check or Bank Draft.
Payments are generally made upon final sale of all items after all items have been paid. However, this can vary based on your needs. If the consignment is large and will take some time to get through, then we can make partial payments for already sold products as we go.

Shipping to Us

In most cases you should send your items to us via USPS Registered Mail. That is the only way you can get insurance for Silver Bullion and Coins! However, we understand that for smaller shipments you may not want to pay the minimum $10 charge plus shipping charge.

What ever you decide… we are not liable for any packages sent to us that disappear or get damaged before they get to us. We have had a very good track record with USPS, but it is you rolling the dice on the lower shipping charge… not us!

Please include a detailed packing slip listing all items.

We reserve the right to return any shipment for any reason including, but not limited to: damage, missing items, significantly different than described, possible counterfeit, etc.

Shipping address will be provided upon confirmation of consignment.

Please note:

These are our general Silver Bullion Selling rules… they should not be taken to be an all inclusive. Any and all terms may be modified at any time without notice.

* 5% offer valid for Bullion Items  or non-collector grade coins and requires a minimum placement of $350. 10% to 20% consignment fee will apply in other situations on a case by case basis (will be notified up front). Collections that requires excessive sorting, cataloging, or cleaning (non-coin items, of course) may result in a charge of $17 / hour for those tasks (not notified, unlikely if you send items mostly ready).
